Terms of Service
Read the terms that govern your use of reOffice AI real estate software.

By accessing or using reOffice AI, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and reOffice AI.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Description of Services
reOffice AI is an AI-native real estate operating system that provides the following services:
Management of contacts, leads, and client relationships
Storage and management of property data, photos, and documents
16-stage sales process with task management
Email integration, WhatsApp, and messaging
PropertyPro AI-powered assistant and automation
Dashboards, reports, and performance tracking
Self-service portals for buyers and sellers
Subscription management and invoicing
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous access. Maintenance may be performed with prior notice.
Account and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide valid contact information
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
- You may only create one account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password
- You must not disclose your account details to others
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse, or inactivity longer than 12 months.
Pricing and Payment
We offer three plans with monthly or annual billing:
- • Starter: €97/month
- • Professional: €247/month + €147 success fee per deal
- • Business: €497/month + €97 success fee per deal
Success fees are only charged on successful transactions. A transaction is considered successful when the sale is closed and paid.
Success fees are not charged for internal referrals within the same office.
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, at your choice.
- • We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers.
- • All prices are in Euro (€).
- • VAT and any taxes are exclusive unless otherwise stated.
We do not offer refunds for partially used monthly subscriptions. For annual subscriptions, you may cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attack or disrupt our servers (DDoS, brute force, etc.)
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Provide false information or create fake accounts
- Violate our intellectual property rights
- Resell or sublicense the services without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy data
- Circumvent other accounts' security
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in our software, designs, logos, texts, and images remain with reOffice AI. This includes:
- The reOffice AI software and platform
- All features and functionality
- The design and user interface
- The reOffice AI name, logos, and trademarks
- Documentation, training, and content
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your subscription. This license expires upon termination of your account.
You retain all rights to data you input into the platform (contacts, properties, documents). Your data belongs to you.
Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve our services without obligation of compensation.
Your privacy matters to us. Data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
By using our services, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
We fully comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
Availability and Support
We strive for 99.9% uptime but offer no guarantee of continuous availability. Maintenance may be necessary with prior notice.
Support is available via email (support@reoffice.ai) for all plans. Professional and Business plans have access to priority support and phone support during business hours.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with at least 48 hours notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.
Business customers can agree on a custom SLA with specific uptime guarantees and credits for downtime.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Your access remains valid until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel, go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription or contact support.
Upon termination, you may export your data before the account is deleted (30 days after termination).
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:
- You violate these terms
- You use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities
- You compromise the security of our platform
- You fail to meet your payment obligations
- Your account is inactive for longer than 12 months
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before terminating, except in cases of severe abuse or security risks.
Upon termination: (1) your license is revoked, (2) you lose access to the platform, (3) we may delete your data after 30 days, (4) you owe any outstanding amounts.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- We do not guarantee that our services meet your specific requirements
- We do not guarantee that results from using AI features are accurate or suitable
- We do not guarantee that platform security is impenetrable
PropertyPro and other AI features use machine learning. Output may be inaccurate and should be verified by humans before being used in business decisions. We are not liable for decisions based on AI output.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profit, or revenue
- Loss of clients or business opportunities
- Viruses or security breaches from third parties
- Your use of or reliance on AI features
- Actions or negligence of other users
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, etc.).
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of your residence within the European Union.
Because we operate in the EU, EU consumer protection laws apply. EU users have additional rights under EU law.
This agreement is drafted in Dutch, English, and Spanish. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to act on a breach does not mean we waive our right to do so in the future.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our written consent. We may do so in case of merger or acquisition.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and reOffice AI, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
