1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using reOffice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Services
reOffice provides a SaaS platform for real estate agents including: • Property management (CRM) • Deal pipeline management • Communication tools (email, WhatsApp) • Transaction tracking • AI-powered features
3. Account
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Providing accurate and up-to-date information
4. Pricing & Payment
• Pricing is based on your selected plan • Payment is due monthly or annually as agreed • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise • We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days notice
5. Usage Restrictions
You may not: • Use the service for illegal purposes • Share your account with unauthorized users • Attempt to access other users' data • Reverse engineer or copy the software • Use automated tools to extract data
6. Intellectual Property
• reOffice and its original content remain our exclusive property • Your data remains your property • You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product
7. Data & Privacy
• We process your data according to our Privacy Policy • We comply with GDPR and other applicable regulations • Data is stored in EU data centers • We use encryption to protect your data
8. Availability
• We aim for 99.9% uptime • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance • We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties • Business-critical SLAs are available for Enterprise plans
9. Termination
• You can cancel your subscription at any time • We may suspend access for violations of these terms • Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties about: • The accuracy of AI-generated content • Uninterrupted or error-free operation • Compatibility with all systems • Fitness for a particular purpose
11. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
12. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by Dutch law • Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Amsterdam • The Dutch text of these terms prevails in case of discrepancies
